Meet our team at the Kathmandu airport to organise a seamless transfer to one of our listed hotels. Check into the hotel and unwind in the cosy comfort of your room. Later in the evening, take a leisurely stroll through Kathmandu's local market. Return to the hotel in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
Set out for Kathmandu sightseeing in the morning. Visit the Swayambhunath stupa, the most old and mysterious of all the sacred monuments in Kathmandu Valley. After visiting the stupa, go to Kantipur, the capital of Nepal, to see the Kumari temple. Kumari temple, also known as the House of the Living Goddess, is famous for its stunning carvings and divine resident. Visit the Kopan Monastery and the Hanuman Dhoka Square as well. Spend the night in Kathmandu at a hotel.
After breakfast the next morning, drive directly to Pokhara. Pokhara is an amazing setting in a peaceful valley. It is the beginning point for many hiking and rafting expeditions in Nepal. Pehwa Lake, with Mt. Fishtail in the background, is an ideal site to explore during your Bhutan & Nepal journey. Pokhara's main attractions are Poon Hill, the Peace Temple, the International Mountain Museum, Begnas Lake, and Gupteswar Gupha. Stay at the hotel for the night.
Drive directly to Chitwan in the morning. When you arrive in Chitwan, stay at one of our recommended forest lodges. After some downtime, go on an expedition to Chitwan National Park. It is well-known for protecting one-horned rhinoceros, crocodiles, and Royal Bengal Tigers. A naturalist will accompany you on a jeep safari/canter. Return to the resort for dinner and an overnight stay after the safari.
Enjoy a full day of jungle activities such as a forest stroll, elephant ride, and village visits. Enjoy game viewing in the morning. Return to the resort for lunch after observing the wildlife. Later in the day, go for a walk around the park to learn about its diverse flora and animals. You can also go on an elephant safari at Chitwan National Park. In the evening, return to the hotel for a magnificent dinner and overnight stay.
Enjoy bird watching in the early morning hours while guided by a naturalist. Breakfast will be served at the lodge. Drive to Kathmandu after breakfast. When you arrive in Kathmandu, check into one of the hotels on our list. Rest and unwind in your hotel room for the rest of the day. In the evening, go for a leisurely walk in Kathmandu's surrounding area. Stay at the hotel for the night.
Begin your sightseeing tour of Kathmandu early in the morning. Other popular tourist attractions are the Pashupatinath temple and the Boudhnath stupa. The Boudhnath stupa is one of the world's largest stupas and the most visited landmark in Nepal. On the suggestion of goddess Mani Jogini, King Man Deva commissioned this stupa, which has an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. Spend the night in Kathmandu at a hotel.
Today, fly to the lovely town of Paro in Bhutan. The journey to Paro is one of the most breathtaking mountain flights. During the trip, passengers can see Mt. Everest, Makalu, Kanchenjunga, and other notable peaks. Transfer to the accommodation upon arrival at the Paro airport. Enjoy your evening at leisure. Take a stroll down town's main street in the evening. Stay in a hotel for the night.
After breakfast, proceed to Taktshang Monastery. This monastery, also known as Tiger's Nest, has a long and rich history. In the afternoon, explore the major tourist attractions of Paro, including Ta Dzong, the National Museum, Rinpung Dzong, and a traditional farm house to learn about Bhutanese culture. Dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel are included.
Drive to the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong in the morning, followed by a visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest and most revered temples. Later, cross Dochula pass on your way to Punakha. Visit the Punakha local market in the evening. Spend the night at a hotel.
After breakfast, travel to Thimphu. Visit the Wangdue Phodrang on the way. When you arrive in Wangdue Phodrang, check into one of your pre-booked hotels. After relaxing in your hotel room for a bit, venture out to see the major tourist attractions of Wangdue Phodrang, such as the Chimme Lhakhang, Phobjikha Valley, Gangtey Monastery, and the Langdra Nye. Continue to Thimphu after the visit. When you arrive in Thimphu, check into one of the hotels on our list for supper and an overnight stay.
The following day, go to Trashichho Dzong, which is located on the banks of the Wang Chhu. Visit Bhutan's National Library, which is close to the Thangkha painting school and houses the Himalayas' best collection of religious and historical books. Other points of interest are the Memorial Chorten and the Handicrafts Emporium. Stay at the hotel for the night.
Proceed to Paro International Airport in the morning to board your aircraft to your next destination.
