General Booking Policy

  • A guest must make a booking via our official website (timestotravel.com).
  • A guest can make a booking for minimum 1 night to 365 maximum nights. Some stays are bookable for 30 days of minimum nights like PG, Co-living and Hostel. Such conditions you will find it on the booking page of the hotel on our portal.
  • Process of booking is to search accommodation > select preferred stays > Select preferred room> Add primary guest information > Select Payment Mode “Pay at Hotel” or “Pay Now” or “Book Now Pay later”> Confirmation of Payment via our PCI certified payment gateway > Confirmation of Booking Voucher.
  • The primary guest must carry a digital or hardcopy of the E-Booking Voucher issued by Times To Travel. A valid E-Booking Voucher must be presented while check in to the hotel.
  • The guests must carry a valid ID Proof at the time of CHECK-INS. Valid ID Proofs are passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, and Voter Id.
  • In case you opt for triple occupancy, the hotel may provide you extra bed and mattress depending on the availability. However, Times To Travel does not take the guarantee.
  • Guests must check the visitor’s policy of every hotel beforehand to avoid last-minute confusion. Many hotels do not allow visitors to stay overnight.
  • Policy for children and pets differs from hotel to hotel. Please check the hotel booking website for that.
  • No illegal activities are permitted in any hotel.

  • Hotels have a right to hold back or cancel your bookings if you do not have the valid ID Proof or where children aged under 18 are travelling alone or you do not follow hotel guest policy, hotel visitor policy. In such cases, Times To Travel does not hold any obligation to return the money to the guest and we are not liable for your money.
  • Travellers who have paid subscriptions can enjoy 100% free cancellation.
  • Zero cancellation fees if a guest requests to cancel the booking within 24 Hours of booking date, if the check in date is after 4 days or depends on the hotel cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation policy at the time of making booking. Some hotels do not offer zero cancellation fees and some hotels offers only non refundable room price. Please check the cancellation policy carefully before booking your hotel rooms.
  • 10% cancellation fees applicable if a guest requests to cancel the booking after 48 Hours of booking date. Please check the cancellation policy at the time of making booking. Some hotels do not offer zero cancellation fees and some hotels offers only non refundable room price. Please check the cancellation policy carefully before booking your hotel rooms.
  • Zero fees for modification of booking if a guest requests within 48 Hours of booking.
  • 10% fees + GST for modifications of booking if a guest requests after 72 hours of booking.
  • Zero fees for arranging an alternative stay in the same locality/city.
  • 100% Refund if a guest requests to cancel the booking within 48 Hours of booking date. Please check the cancellation policy at the time of making booking. Some hotels do not offer zero cancellation fees and some hotels offers only non refundable room price. Please check the cancellation policy carefully before booking your hotel rooms.
  • 90% Refund if a guest cancels the booking after 48 Hours of booking date. Please check the cancellation policy at the time of making booking. Some hotels do not offer zero cancellation fees and some hotels offers only non refundable room price. Please check the cancellation policy carefully before booking your hotel rooms.
  • Pay at hotel booking once confirmed are non refundable.
  • No refund or Times To Travel arranges alternative accommodation if a hotel partner rejects the booking.
  • Zero cancellation fees and 100% refund if booking is cancelled due to the guest affected by the coronavirus. A guest can request a refund before check-in date and post date from the check-out within a month. A guest must submit a declaration form for covid19 to claim refund.   • If a guest makes a booking for multiple nights and requests to cancel the booking before 48 Hours of arrival date, first night charges are applicable and guests can claim for other nights. In case of modification of dates, it depends on the availability of the rooms in the respective hotel; tariffs are applicable as shown on the website for modified dates. If tariffs are not satisfactory, guests can opt for alternative accommodation arrangements by Times To Travel or opt for cancellation policy. Please check the cancellation policy at the time of making booking. Some hotels do not offer zero cancellation fees and some hotels offers only non refundable room prices. Please check the cancellation policy carefully before booking your hotel rooms.

Payment Policy

  • Room Rates/Tariffs are subject to change without any prior notice to the guests. Hotel owner or manager sets the price. Times To Travel does not add top up on the price.
  • Discount & Coupon are valid till their expiry date and applicable T&C of each coupon.
  • Times To Travel will charge 5% pulse GST for its web reservation fees from the traveler while you make a booking. You will receive a separate bill to your registered email.
  • Payments processed via the website URL timestotravel.com containing personally identifiable information, debit card, credit card, and wallet details, and internet banking payment information are protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. We do not store any of your debit/credit cards. This encryption is to help protect your information while it is being transmitted.
  • Payments are processed via our secure payment gateways where you can complete your transactions. Our payment gateways are PCI DSS certified.
  • Once we receive it, we strive to maintain the physical and electronic security of your personal information using commercially reasonable efforts.
  • Your payment will be 100% secure and your personal details are safe.
  • Times To Travel provides various payment methods on the website for transaction payment like credit/debit cards of many banks, UPI, Net Banking etc.
  • Refunds proceed on the same day of cancellation date and it may reflect to your source account on the same day or 3/7 bank working days.
  • Please remember, Tax/GST may be charged on the services fee in your country.
  • If the payment is deducted however the booking voucher has not been generated, please raise a ticket with the screenshot or forward the transaction successfully by email to support@timestotravel.com. The amount will revert to you on the same day or typically it may take upto 3 to 5 bank working days.
  • If the payment is failed, you may try again to make the payment via a different payment method.
  • Any booking confirmed by making payment of any dispute or fraud transaction, and the issue raised by legal authority, Times To Travel holds the rights to cancel the bookings, refund the amount after deducting Times To Travel’s web reservation fees and commission.

Payment Guidelines for Times To Travel

  • Pay at hotel
  • A partial payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
  • The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the property in their local currency upon check-in.
  • Times To Travel does not impose any additional charges or surcharges on the advertised rates.
  • The rates displayed on our platform are provided by the hotel and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Pay now to process your payment in your local currency
  • You can use a valid Times To Travel coupon for added savings
  • Times To Travel will issue a tax invoice for Web reservation fees
  • A commercial receipt will be provided for the transaction
  • Once the booking is confirmed by the hotel partner, a booking voucher will be sent to you.
  • Book Now, Pay Later
  • Book your desired accommodation through Times To Travel’s website.
  • Choose the “Book Now, Pay Later” option at checkout.
  • Provide the necessary information and complete the booking process.
  • Pay the first installment to confirm your booking and receive an email confirmation.
  • Payment is due at a later date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
  • You may select Simple and pay with a credit or debit card, UPI, internet banking, or another preferred method.
  • If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact Times To Travel’s customer service team before the payment due date.
  • Failure to make the payment by the specified date may result in cancellation of your booking.
  • Once payment is received, a booking voucher will be sent to you.
  • Enjoy your stay or travel experience with peace of mind, knowing that your booking is secure and confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Cross-Border Transactions

  • Cancellation Policy
  • In the event of a cancellation, the traveler must inform Times To Travel in writing via email at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained by Times To Travel.
  • In case of no-shows or cancellations made on the day of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be retained by Times To Travel.
  • Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed only after deducting the cancellation charges as per the above Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed in the same currency and mode of payment as the original booking.
  • In case of any currency fluctuations or transaction charges during the refund process, Times To Travel will not be held responsible.

Contact Policies

  • Guests may contact anytime before arrivals via call or message for confirmation and further details. If we do not receive a response from you, your booking might be put on hold and cancelled after a period of time.
