- A partial payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the property in their local currency upon check-in.
- Times To Travel does not impose any additional charges or surcharges on the advertised rates.
- The rates displayed on our platform are provided by the hotel and are subject to change without prior notice.

- You can use a valid Times To Travel coupon for added savings
- Times To Travel will issue a tax invoice for Web reservation fees
- A commercial receipt will be provided for the transaction
- Once the booking is confirmed by the hotel partner, a booking voucher will be sent to you.
- Book your desired accommodation through Times To Travel’s website.
- Choose the “Book Now, Pay Later” option at checkout.
- Provide the necessary information and complete the booking process.
- Pay the first installment to confirm your booking and receive an email confirmation.
- Payment is due at a later date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
- You may select Simple and pay with a credit or debit card, UPI, internet banking, or another preferred method.
- If you need to make any changes to your booking, please contact Times To Travel’s customer service team before the payment due date.
- Failure to make the payment by the specified date may result in cancellation of your booking.
- Once payment is received, a booking voucher will be sent to you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Cross-Border Transactions
- In the event of a cancellation, the traveler must inform Times To Travel in writing via email at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained by Times To Travel.
- In case of no-shows or cancellations made on the day of arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be retained by Times To Travel.
- Refunds will be processed only after deducting the cancellation charges as per the above Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed in the same currency and mode of payment as the original booking.
- In case of any currency fluctuations or transaction charges during the refund process, Times To Travel will not be held responsible.
Note: This policy is subject to change without prior notice and may vary based on the guest booking policy of each booking. Please check the guest booking policy of your booking before making a cancellation.
- Guests may contact anytime before arrivals via call or message for confirmation and further details. If we do not receive a response from you, your booking might be put on hold and cancelled after a period of time.
