Day 1 : Delhi

Arrive at New Delhi International Airport, where you will be met by an IHPL tour representative. After the warm welcome, take the pre-arranged transfer to the hotel. Make yourself at home and freshen up. Later, take a guided city tour to see the major tourist attractions. You will visit Raj Ghat, Red Fort, India Gate, and Rashtrapati Bhavan today. During this Delhi guided tour, you will admire the architecture and learn about heritage and history.

Return to the hotel for dinner and the night.

Day 2 : Delhi - Churu (252 km/ 5hr 30 min-approx.)

After breakfast, depart for Churu. Check into the hotel upon arrival. Then, freshen up and go on the Churu Heritage Walk. Dharamsputa, a tall red stand-stone tower, will be your destination. Then proceed to the local Bazaar. Shop or browse the colourful handicrafts and other items on display.

Following that, you'll visit Surana Haveli, Surana Double Haveli, and Balaji Temple.

Day 3 : Churu - Khimsar (245km/ 4 hr-approx.)

Day 4 : Khimsar - Nimaj (152km/ 3 hr-approx.)

Day 6 : Nimaj - Ranakpur (180 km/ 3 hr 30 min-approx.)

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast in the hotel. Then begin the drive to Ranakpur. Stop en route to explore the Kumbhalgarh Fort. Continue your journey to Ranakpur after exploring the fort. Check into the hotel upon arrival, freshen up, and then proceed to the Ranakpur Jain temple.

Day 7 : Ranakpur - Dungarpur (194 km/ 4 hr 10 min-approx.)

After breakfast, drive to Dungarpur on your way to Udaipur. The city of lakes is one of the desert state's most picturesque sights. You can explore the magnificent monuments that tell fascinating stories about fascinating history. You will then continue your journey to Dungarpur by road. When you arrive, check into your pre-booked hotel and get some rest.

Day 8 : Dungarpur

Day 10 : Chittorgarh - Bundi (154km/ 3 hr-approx.)

After breakfast, leave for Bundi as soon as possible. Check into the pre-booked hotel upon arrival. Then, freshen up before heading to Taragarh Fort. Then go to the Sukh Mahal. It is the magnificent summer palace on Jait Sagar Lake, surrounded by the Aravali mountain range and adorned with a lush garden. You will return to your pre-booked hotel after some time.

Day 11 : Bundi - Sawai Madhopur (136km/ 2 hr 20 min-approx.)

After breakfast, drive to Sawai Madhopur. This city is well-known for its Ranthambore National Park and Tiger Reserve. Check into the hotel upon arrival. Get some rest before heading to the wildlife sanctuary. Then, take a Jeep safari through the jungle to explore tiger trails.   • The Booking:

    Your contract is with Today Hospitality India Private Limited. When we confirm you on our tour of your choice and receive your signed booking form and deposits, we have formed a contract between us. All relevant sections must be correctly and completely completed. We can only accept signed booking forms because they confirm that you and the other people on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.

    Deposit:

    Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.

    Payments:

    To hold the booking on a confirmed basis, a 50% advance payment should be made for the services contracted, and the balance can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment based on the nature of the services and the time remaining for the services to begin. Aside from the foregoing, in some cases, such as special train journeys or hotel or resort bookings during peak season (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.

  • 10% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior
  • 25% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 20 days prior
  • 50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 15 days prior
  • 75% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled 10 days prior
  • 100% cancellation in case of no show
  • Token amount is non refundable in any cases.

    No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other TTT services.

    In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

    All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer atleast a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy atleast one night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. Today Hospitality India Private Limited do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge then the contract is irrevocable.

    If there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to Today Hospitality India Private Limited while the tour is still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi and Guwahati, India.

    Refunds for unused services or shortening of tour due to genuine reason will be executed within 10 days of your returning to your home Country.
