Day 1 : Arrival in Manali (By bus)

Your tour begins when you arrive by bus in Manali. Meet our tour consultant, who will assist you with a quick transfer to one of the hotels on our list. Finish the check-in process and relax. Prepare for your much-anticipated motorbike journey by having lunch at the hotel (not included). Then, get your wheels rolling on Kullu Valley's winding roads. The thrill ride is complemented by the view of the majestic Himalayas on one side and the wild River Beas on the other. However, be cautious of the winding roads.

Return to the hotel for dinner and a restful night's sleep after an interesting day.

Day 2 : Manali - Jispa (92 km / 3 hours)

Get up early, eat breakfast, and then check out of the motel. Prepare for an exciting day as you travel to the famous Rohtang Pass. Then, drive through Lahaul, which is known for its monasteries and monks.

Later, travel to Tandi, a small village located above the confluence of the Bhaga and Chandra rivers. You will then proceed to Keylong. If necessary, have your motorbike serviced here. Then, after meandering over the icy peaks, you'll arrive at Jispa. From here on out, the roads will be smooth. Finally, check into your hotel and refuel with a hearty dinner.

After that, retire to your comfortable beds and sleep.

Day 3 : Jispa - Sarchu (78 km / 2.5 hours)

Rise and shine for a hearty breakfast before checking out of the hotel. Drive to Sarchu as you begin your bike tour of Ladakh. You must conquer the route's first challenge, Bara-Lacha La (4890 m). With increasing altitude, you will experience Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS). But keep going since you have more to tackle, especially at the Bara-Lacha La peak.

Then, drive downhill, being cautious because the road will be rough until you reach Bharatpur. As you get closer to Sarchu, the road conditions improve. Finally, arrive to Sarchu camp and unwind after a long journey. Later, eat dinner and sleep soundly at camp.

Keep hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids while driving.

Day 4 : Sarchu - Leh (259 km / 7-8 hours)

Check out and prepare for a challenging drive to the Gata Loops ascent on day 4 of your Ladakh bike trip 2023. Nakee La (4769 m), the third highest mountain pass on the Leh-Manali route, is reached via a sequence of 21 hairpin turns. Drive up Lachulung La (5059 m) and from there to Pang, a temporary tent settlement.

Then you must ascend Taglang La (5328 m), the fifth and final high mountain pass route. Visit the monasteries of Thiksey and Shey en route. Then, after riding through the challenging roads and soaking in the serenity around you, you will arrive in Changspa, where you will check into the hotel and spend the evening as you wish.

Day 5 : Leh – Nubra (116 km / 4 hours)

Check out of the hotel after breakfast. On this day of your Ladakh bike tour, you will ride through Khardung La to Nubra Valley. North Pullu will be your next stop. Relax and re-energize here while snacking on some nibbles. Then continue your journey. Seek blessings at Diskit Monastery on the way. Check into the camp when you arrive in Nubra Valley. Enjoy riding a double-hump camel after some rest.


Return to the camp for a delicious meal and an overnight stay.

Day 6 : Nubra - Pangong Lake (274 km / 8 hours)

Get up and have a hearty breakfast. Then leave the camps and take the Shyok to Pangong Lake. This blue lake stands out against the surrounding barren mountains. Cross Chang La, one of the world's highest motorable roads, on the way. Check into the camp when you arrive in Pangong. Relax and take in the ethereal beauty of the lake.

When the sun goes down, enjoy a sumptuous dinner before retiring to bed.

Day 7 : Pangong - Leh (229 km / 6 hours)

The distance between Pangong and Leh is 216 km.

Travel time: approximately 13 hours

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before checking out of the hotel. Your journey back home officially begins today. Take the bus to Leh. Check into the camp and rest when you arrive. Then, pay a visit to Shanti Stupa, a stunning white structure. Then, go shopping for souvenirs from Leh. Take in the scenery of the Indus Valley and the Zanskar Range as well.

Return to the camp for food and sleep after the day is done.

Day 8 : Leh - Sarchu (259 km / 7-8 hours)

259 kilometres separate Leh and Sarchu.

Travel time: approximately 7 hours

Begin day 8 of your Ladakh biking tour with a full breakfast and check out of the camps. Then, while crossing Pang, make your way back to Sarchu. Checking into the hotel marks your arrival in Sarchu. The rest of the day is yours to do as you like. Enjoy it however you want. Later, have dinner and spend the night comfortably at the hotel.

Day 9 : Sarchu - Manali (210 km / 6 hours)

Check out of the motel after a substantial breakfast. Travel to Manali by car. Arrive in Bara-Lacha La until noon, then drive to Lahaul. Your journey continues to Rohtang Pass, and you arrive in Manali at night. Check into the hotel, eat dinner and get some rest.

Day 10 : Manali (Departure)

Your Ladakh bike tour package comes to an end today. So, check out of the hotel after breakfast. Leave Manali with a heart full of memories, a camera full of photos and movies, and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
