No, Koh Samui is not an expensive destination to visit, to put it briefly. There are ways to splash the cash, though, if you so choose. Thailand is still seen as a low-cost vacation spot, but it all depends on the kind of getaway you're looking for and where you're staying.
temples in Koh Samui
There are many highly famous and elaborate temples on Koh Samui. The Big Buddha Temple, also known as Wat Phra Yai, is one of the most stunning. This temple is well-known for its magnificent 12-meter-tall golden Buddha. Wat Plai Laem is a temple that is equally well-liked on Koh Samui.
Southern Thailand's Krabi province is a well-known tourist attraction because of its jagged limestone cliffs and little islands dotting the blue water. It is one of the most stunning spots in the nation with its idyllic sandy beaches and soaring granite formations.
The driest and sunniest months, between December and March, are the finest times to visit Koh Samui. The greatest time to take advantage of Ko Samui's beaches, water activities, waterfalls, and other attractions is now. Additionally, this is the busiest travel period, therefore costs are typically higher.
Krabi is renowned for its beautiful scenery, magnificent Beaches, and stunning Islands. The City is a fantastic location for coral diving because it has some of the most stunning views of coral reefs in the entire globe.
Krabi is one of the best places in Thailand for couples to go on a luxurious vacation. If you have an interest in nature, you can explore it or partake in adventure sports like snorkelling. If not, lying on the beaches while sipping a cool beverage is also a good alternative.
The ideal amount of time to tour Koh Samui is three days. This is what? You'll have plenty of time for eating, swimming, lounging, and sightseeing while still having time for a day trip away from the island.
Koh Samui is a fairly touristy island with a number of big and small hotels, restaurants that cater to tourists, and villages that are crammed with massage shops. Finding jungles or secluded beaches is really difficult. Unless you're seeking for a vacation that delivers a more authentic Thai experience, this isn't always a bad thing.
