You arrive in the lovely Valley of Kathmandu to begin your Nepal tour. You are then brought to your hotel to complete your check-in procedures. Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur will all work together to provide you with the finest experience possible.
Your second day is already planned, and it will be spent exploring the city. You start your day's excursion soon after breakfast in the morning. First, you go to the famous Pashupaninath Temple, which is an example of the Hindu faith practised here. The temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is situated on the banks of the Baghmati River. You next travel to the Bouddhanath Stupa, one of the country's oldest Buddhist landmarks. You next proceed to Patan, also known as Lalitpur, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After breakfast, you will be driven to the National Park, which is home to a diverse range of vegetation and fauna. Sloth bears, wild boars, rhinoceros, Bengal tigers, and other animals abound; crocodiles live in the swampy lakes. The park provides enjoyable activities such as elephant rides and canoeing, in addition to nature walks. After your tour to the National Park, you return to the hotel and enjoy the remainder of your day at leisure.
You return to Kathmandu after breakfast. The drive back is thrilling, and once in the city, you can engage in some shopping or other exciting activities such as the casino. You can rest for the night in the comfort of the hotel.
Your excursion concludes with your return to the airport. You check out of the hotel after breakfast and prepare to depart for the airport.
It is mandatory for all tourists (other than Nepal, Bhutanese) to obtain a Indian Visa before travelling to India. The Indian visa has to be processed via a government approved travel agency.
Next we will send you the visa confirmation code. You must carry a printed copy of the visa confirmation code and your flight tickets as these need to be produced at the check-in counter at Paro International Airport.

The Booking:
Your contract is with Today Hospitality India Private Limited. When we confirm you on our tour of your choice and receive your signed booking form and deposits, we have formed a contract between us. All relevant sections must be correctly and completely completed. We can only accept signed booking forms because they confirm that you and the other people on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
Deposit:
Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.
Payments:
To hold the booking on a confirmed basis, a 50% advance payment should be made for the services contracted, and the balance can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment based on the nature of the services and the time remaining for the services to begin. Aside from the foregoing, in some cases, such as special train journeys or hotel or resort bookings during peak season (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other TTT services.
In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer atleast a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy atleast one night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. Today Hospitality India Private Limited do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge then the contract is irrevocable.
If there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to Today Hospitality India Private Limited while the tour is still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi and Guwahati, India.
Refunds for unused services or shortening of tour due to genuine reason will be executed within 10 days of your returning to your home Country.

PRICES: Unless otherwise specified, advertised package prices are based on double occupancy rooms or cabins and the least expensive travel dates, departure city, hotels, and other options available, and do not include Optional Excursions or other optional items. Your total cost will vary depending on the dates, flights, hotels, and other options you choose when booking.
CONFIRMATION: We will confirm availability of all components and send you a confirmation email within 2-4 business days of receiving your booking and deposit. If any of the options or components you chose are not available, we will notify you and give you the option to modify your booking or cancel and receive a refund of your deposit.
YOUR PRICE MAY BE CHANGED ONLY IF: 1) you request changes or customizations to your booking; 2) new or increased government taxes or fees that apply to your package or its components are implemented; or 3) vendor costs applicable to your package or its components increase. In any of these cases, we will notify you of any changes to your package price. BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS: If you make a booking for anyone other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travelers. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf; that you have obtained all required consents; and that you will inform them of these Terms and warrant that they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for your booking; notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required; and keeping the other travelers informed of all information relevant to your trip.
