Meet our tour guide at the Delhi airport, who will take you to the hotel reserved for your stay. Complete the hotel check-in procedures and relax. The remainder of the day is yours to do as you like. Spend the night in a hotel.
After an early breakfast, depart from Delhi by road for Chail. Check into the hotel upon arrival and unwind. You can take your time and enjoy the evening.
After breakfast in the morning, drive to Sangla. Check into the Camp for an overnight stay in Sangla upon arrival.
Today, drive 20 km to Chitkul, which is located 20 kilometres from the camp. It is the final settlement along the ancient Indo-Tibet trading route. Pack a lunch for the journey. Soak in the tranquillity of the magnificent surroundings. Return to Sangla after the sightseeing excursion. Stay the night at Sangla.
Start your walk up to the Sangla meadows on the fifth day to see the Kinner Kailash range and stroll around the glacier point. Adventure sports such as paragliding and angling can also be enjoyed, followed by a bonfire in the evening. Stay in Sangla for the night.
After breakfast on the sixth day of the tour, you will depart Sangla for Tabo. Visit Nako on the way. When you arrive in Tabo, check into your pre-arranged lodging. Stay the night at Tabo's Banjara Retreat.
Visit the Tabo Monastery in the morning, which is around 1006 years old. Visit the Pin Valley after lunch and explore the secret areas. After that, return to Banjara Retreat for the night.
Today, visit the Key Monastery and Gete, one of the world's highest motorable villages, in the morning. Meet the locals, observe their way of life, and eat lunch in Gete. Later, proceed to Kaza. Check into the Banjara Retreat resort for an overnight stay upon arrival.
You will leave in the morning for Manali via Kunzum and Rohtang Pass. Check into our pre arranged hotel for the night upon arrival.
Today is the day for your Manali sightseeing tour. After breakfast, set out on a trip to Manu Temple, Hidimba Temple, Tibetan monasteries, and Nehru Kund. Stay at Manali for the night.
After an early breakfast, depart by road for Chandigarh. When you arrive in Chandigarh, check into a hotel for the night.
After breakfast in the morning, drive to Delhi. When you arrive in Delhi, you will be transferred to the international airport to catch your flight back home.
It is mandatory for all tourists (other than Nepal, Bhutanese) to obtain a Indian Visa before travelling to India. The Indian visa has to be processed via a government approved travel agency.

The Booking:
Your contract is with Today Hospitality India Private Limited. When we confirm you on our tour of your choice and receive your signed booking form and deposits, we have formed a contract between us. All relevant sections must be correctly and completely completed. We can only accept signed booking forms because they confirm that you and the other people on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
Deposit:
Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.
Payments:
To hold the booking on a confirmed basis, a 50% advance payment should be made for the services contracted, and the balance can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment based on the nature of the services and the time remaining for the services to begin. Aside from the foregoing, in some cases, such as special train journeys or hotel or resort bookings during peak season (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other TTT services.
In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer atleast a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy atleast one night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. Today Hospitality India Private Limited do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge then the contract is irrevocable.
If there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to Today Hospitality India Private Limited while the tour is still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi and Guwahati, India.
Refunds for unused services or shortening of tour due to genuine reason will be executed within 10 days of your returning to your home Country.

BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS: If you make a booking for anyone other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travelers. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf; that you have obtained all required consents; and that you will inform them of these Terms and warrant that they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for your booking; notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required; and keeping the other travelers informed of all information relevant to your trip.
