You are scheduled to arrive in Srinagar to begin your exciting trip. When you arrive in Srinagar, you are taken to the jetty on Boulevard Road and then to the houseboat. Lunch is served immediately following check-in.

Check out of your houseboat after breakfast and ready to go for Sonmarg. When you arrive in Sonmarg, check into your hotel and have lunch. The three-and-a-half-hour trip to Sonmarg takes you through breathtaking scenery of the valley and the Sindh River. You can spend the evening relaxing in the hotel's comfort. You spend the night at the hotel after dinner.
Check out of the hotel after breakfast in the morning. Then proceed to Pahalgam, stopping along the way to see the Avantipur Ruins. It takes about 5 to 6 hours to go there by car, and once there, check in at the hotel and your lunch will be served. Later in the evening, go sightseeing in the local market and surrounding areas. After this brief exploration, return to the hotel and rest for the remainder of the evening before retiring for the night.
You leave early in the morning for a short city tour. First, go to Chandanwadi, which is 3288 metres above sea level, and Betaab Valley, which has a beautiful view. Then, return to the hotel for lunch before departing for another location; at the mouth of the Sheshnad River, there is a valley surrounded by snow-capped mountain ranges and lush green forests. Return to the hotel in the evening and spend the remainder of the evening relaxing. Later, dinner will be served, and you will spend the night at the hotel.
You check out of the hotel after breakfast and depart for Srinagar in the morning. Check into your hotel in Srinagar and enjoy the lunch that will be served. After lunch, you begin your city tour with visits to the Shankaracharya Hill Temple and the Mughal Gardens. After returning to the hotel and retiring for the night, a warm dinner will be prepared.
After a brief breakfast, get up early and drive to Gulmarg. It is around 52 kilometres from Srinagar, and once there, you can explore the area. Enjoy the panoramic view of the place, visit the local landmarks, and take the cable car journey to the Khilanmarg Snow Point. Have lunch at a local eatery before returning to Srinagar in the evening. Dinner and a night's stay at the hotel.
After a delicious breakfast, proceed to the airport for your onward flight in the morning. It is recommended that you arrive at the airport at least 4 hours early, particularly during peak tourist seasons. The journey concludes with your arrival at the airport.
It is mandatory for all tourists (other than Nepal, Bhutanese) to obtain a Indian Visa before travelling to India. The Indian visa has to be processed via a government approved travel agency.
Next we will send you the visa confirmation code. You must carry a printed copy of the visa confirmation code and your flight tickets as these need to be produced at the check-in counter at Paro International Airport.

The Booking:
Your contract is with Today Hospitality India Private Limited. When we confirm you on our tour of your choice and receive your signed booking form and deposits, we have formed a contract between us. All relevant sections must be correctly and completely completed. We can only accept signed booking forms because they confirm that you and the other people on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
Deposit:
Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.
Payments:
To hold the booking on a confirmed basis, a 50% advance payment should be made for the services contracted, and the balance can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment based on the nature of the services and the time remaining for the services to begin. Aside from the foregoing, in some cases, such as special train journeys or hotel or resort bookings during peak season (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other TTT services.
In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer atleast a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy atleast one night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. Today Hospitality India Private Limited do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge then the contract is irrevocable.
If there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to Today Hospitality India Private Limited while the tour is still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi and Guwahati, India.
Refunds for unused services or shortening of tour due to genuine reason will be executed within 10 days of your returning to your home Country.

BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS: If you make a booking for anyone other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travelers. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf; that you have obtained all required consents; and that you will inform them of these Terms and warrant that they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for your booking; notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required; and keeping the other travelers informed of all information relevant to your trip.
