Our Team will take you to your tea garden lodging after you arrive at the Dibrugarh airport. Enjoy an afternoon stroll across the tea plantation. You can do whatever you want and take in the surroundings during the evening. staying the night.
Start your journey to Digboi, known as the oil-city of Assam, in the early morning hours. check-in at the hotel after arrival. Spend the day engaging in activities you find enjoyable. Stay over night.
After eating breakfast, depart for Digboi Golf Club, one of Digboi's 18 golf courses. Enjoy playing golf all day. Stay over night.
Day 4 has been reserved for playing golf at the Margherita Golf club. It is one of Digboi's clubs that is best kept up. Spend the night at Digboi.
Spend the following day playing golf at Margherita Country Club. Returning to Dignoi to spend the night.
After breakfast in the morning, start driving to Kaziranga National Park. Check in at the our hotel list after arriving. Stay over night.
Experience an elephant safari into the national park in the morning and the evening. The park is well-known for housing one-horned rhinoceroses. Stay over night.
After a filling breakfast, go by road to Umiam Lake in Barapani. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and the hills when you arrive. Enjoy your meal. Go on to Shillong later and check into the hotel when you get there.
Play a round of golf at the polo club in Shillong. One of the top Asian golf clubs is this one. Stay the night in Shillong.
Spend day ten at the Polo club as well. Start your drive to Guwahati after lunch. Check into the hotel upon arrival to spend the night.
On-time help and transportation to the Guwahati airport for a later flight.
It is mandatory for all tourists (other than Nepal, Bhutanese) to obtain a Indian Visa before travelling to India. The Indian visa has to be processed via a government approved travel agency.

The Booking:
Your contract is with Today Hospitality India Private Limited. When we confirm you on our tour of your choice and receive your signed booking form and deposits, we have formed a contract between us. All relevant sections must be correctly and completely completed. We can only accept signed booking forms because they confirm that you and the other people on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
Deposit:
Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.
Payments:
To hold the booking on a confirmed basis, a 50% advance payment should be made for the services contracted, and the balance can be paid at least 7 days prior to your date of departure from your country. We reserve the right to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment based on the nature of the services and the time remaining for the services to begin. Aside from the foregoing, in some cases, such as special train journeys or hotel or resort bookings during peak season (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges.
No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other TTT services.
In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Bharat booking holidays will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
All hotel reservation require reconfirmation by the agent / customer atleast a one week prior to the date of check in failing which hotels reserve the right to levy atleast one night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us. Today Hospitality India Private Limited do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge then the contract is irrevocable.
If there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to Today Hospitality India Private Limited while the tour is still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be New Delhi and Guwahati, India.
Refunds for unused services or shortening of tour due to genuine reason will be executed within 10 days of your returning to your home Country.

PRICES: Unless otherwise specified, advertised package prices are based on double occupancy rooms or cabins and the least expensive travel dates, departure city, hotels, and other options available, and do not include Optional Excursions or other optional items. In any of these cases, we will notify you of any changes to your package price. BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS: If you make a booking for anyone other than yourself, you are considered the designated contact person for those other travelers. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to act on their behalf; that you have obtained all required consents; and that you will inform them of these Terms and warrant that they accept and agree to them. You are also responsible for making all payments due for your booking; notifying us if any changes or cancellations are required; and keeping the other travelers informed of all information relevant to your trip.
