Optional: We travel for the entire day to the Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat Village. To reach the Double Decker Living Root Bridge, we must descend approximately 3200 stairs each way. We can continue on to Rainbow Falls, which will take us around 60 to 90 minutes from the Double Decker Living Root Bridge.
After breakfast, go to Mawlynnong Village, India's cleanest village. This charming and colorful community is well known for its cleanliness. It is 90 kilometers from Shillong and, in addition to the charming village, has numerous unique sites such as the Living Root Bridge and another strange natural occurrence of a boulder balancing on another rock. Pay a visit to Dawki. It is located near the Indo-Bangladesh border. The Umgnot River's crystal-clear waters are ideal for boating. We shall return to Shillong in the evening. Shillong is where you'll spend the night.
After breakfast, we head to Laitlum Canyons for some spectacular views. Then we go to Krang Suri Falls. It is one of Meghalaya's most beautiful waterfalls. Here, you can also swim in a naturally formed pool. You can also walk behind the waterfall to watch the water fall in front of you. Return to Shillong in the evening. Shillong is where you'll spend the night.
After breakfast, go to Mawsynram, which has the most rainfall in the world, according to the latest geological reports. The area is well-known for its numerous caverns. Later, pay a visit to Mawphlang Sacred Grove. It is one of Meghalaya's largest sacred groves. The forest has been successfully protected by the local people. Nothing can be taken from the forest since it is protected by local deities. Pay a visit to the Khasi model village. Return to Shillong in the evening. Stay in Shillong for the night.
Transfer to Bhalukpong or Nameri National Parks this morning. This is an elephant sanctuary. Other animals that call it home include the tiger, leopard, sambar, dhole (the Asiatic wild dog), pygmy hog, Indian wild bison, clouded leopard, leopard cat, muntjac, gaur, wild boar, sloth bear, Himalayan black bear, capped langur, and Indian giant squirrel. With almost 300 species, Nameri National Park is a birdwatcher's heaven. Nameri National Park is home to the white-winged wood duck, big pied hornbill, wreathed hornbill, rufous-necked hornbill, black stork, ibisbill, blue-bearded bee-eaters, babblers, plovers, and many other birds. Register at your hotel. Nature's walk to the Jia Bhoreli (Kameng River) and back Evenings are free for recreation. staying at a hotel for the night.
We depart early in the morning for optional river rafting on the Jia Bhoreli (Kameng River) and/or jungle trekking (optional). Proceed to Dirang after breakfast. On the route, stop by the Orchid Research Center Tipi, an orchidarium with over 10,000 orchid plants of diverse genera and species. Arunachal Pradesh boasts the most orchids in the country. Continue your journey, and don't forget to have your cameras handy as you pass by stunning waterfalls and take in the scenery. Visit Nag Mandir on the way. Arrive at your hotel and check in. Visit the regional apple nursery, kiwi farm, hot water spring, Sangti Valley, and Dzong Fort after lunch. Stay at Dirang for the night.
Transfer to Tawang after breakfast. Visit a war cemetery en route. Continue driving until you reach Sela Pass at an elevation of 4170 m (13700 ft). It is well known for its high-altitude lakes and visual splendor. Continue your journey to the Jaswant Garh War Memorial, which honors the heroic Indian soldier Jaswant Singh Rawat. Nuranang Falls should be visited (Jang Falls). Arrive at the hotel and check in. Stay at Tawang for the night.
We visit Tawang Monastery (Namgey Lhatse), Singsor Ani Gompa, and the Tawang War Memorial after breakfast. Return to the hotel in the evening. Stay at Tawang for the night.
After breakfast, we will visit Bum La Pass (the Indo-China Border), for which you will need to obtain a permit from the DC office in Tawang, Sangestar Lake (Madhuri Lake), and Pangateng Tso Lake on your own (P.Tso Lake). Please keep in mind that you will need to use a local taxi in Tawang on a cash basis to get to these locations because our cars are not permitted. Return to the hotel in the evening. Stay at Tawang for the night.
Transfer to Bomdila after breakfast. On arrival, check into the hotel. Visit the Bomdila Monastery, the Bomdila View Point, and the Apple Orchards. Bomdila provides a stunning panoramic view of the Himalayan landscape and snow-capped hills. You can go to the local market in the evening. Stay in Bomdila for the night.
Transfer to Guwahati after breakfast. Register at your hotel. You can take a river cruise (with direct payment) on the majestic River Brahmaputra in the evening. You might also go to the neighborhood market. Assam is famous for its assam silk, especially golden Muga silk, as well as assam tea, bamboo, and cane products. Stay in Guwahati for the night.

As time allows, we may visit the Kamakhya Temple and other temples in Guwahati, including the Purva Tirupati Shri Balaji Temple, Sukreswar Temple, Navagraha Temple, Umananda Temple on Peacock Island, the world's smallest inhabited river island, the Assam State Museum, Dighali Pukhuri (Lake), State Zoo, Botanical Garden, Planetarium, and the Assam State Emporiums. Transfer to the Guwahati airport or railway station for your next adventure.
