Day 1 : Guwahati – Bhalukpong (240 km / 05 hrs drive approx)

You are picked up from the airport or train station in Guwahati to begin your Assam Arunachal tour. Meet your tour guide there, and he or she will help you drive to Bhalukpong. Enjoy the magnificent trip to the Eastern Himalayan foothills after that.

Check into the hotel upon arrival. Take a moment to unwind before getting ready to visit Tipi Orchidarium.

Hotel stay for the night.

Day 2 : Bhalukpong – Dirang (180 km / 06 hrs.)

In the hotel, have breakfast early to get the day started. Pack your stuff and check out later. Start your picturesque trip to Dirang at that point. the tiny settlement on the River Kameng.

Check into the hotel upon arrival. Go to Dirang Dzong after a brief period of relaxation. On the banks of the Dirang River sits the tribal territory of Dirang Dzong, which is thought to be more than 500 years old.

See the Sangti valley later on. If hikes are something you're interested in, local guides will be glad to take you up to a viewpoint from which you can see the eastern Himalayas clearly. Spend the night in Dirang.

Day 3 : Dirang – Tawang (160 km / 08 hrs)

The next stop on your Arunachal Pradesh tour is Tawang, so after breakfast at the hotel, check out and head there.

See the Sella Pass and Sella Lake on the way to Tawang. Visit Jaswant Garh as well, which serves as a tribute to a military hero who gave his life in service to his country. Finally, stop by the Nunarang fall, which is located right before Tawang. The waterfall is among the most stunning ones in this region of India.

Check into the hotel as soon as you arrive in Tawang. You have the evening to yourself. After that, you have the option of going on your own to explore the town.

Stay the night at Tawang.

Day 4 : Tawang

Have breakfast at the hotel to start the day. Prepare for the Tawang Sightseeing Tour later.

During this sightseeing tour, you will visit Gaden Namgyal Lhatse and Tawang Monastery and take in the breathtaking scenery.

Next, go to Urgelling Monastery in Tawang, which is renowned for being the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama, as well as Ani Gompa.

Take a break with a late lunch after sightseeing.

After refuelling, continue with a visit to the Tawang War Monument. The monument incorporates architectural and cultural aspects from Buddhism, such as flags, prayer wheels, and Buddhist statues.

Day 5 : Tawang - Bomdila (195 km/ 07 hrs. drive)

Enjoy the pure mountain air as you awaken. After breakfast at the hotel, finish the check-out process and depart. The tour's fifth day includes a beautiful drive from Tawang to Bomdila.

Visit the Nag Temple for blessings on the route to Bomdila. Check into the hotel as soon as you arrive in Bomdila. Prepare for sightseeing later. Visit the Gentse Gaden Rabgyel Lling monastery, commonly known as the Bomdila Monastery, first.

Next, climb RR Hill, the highest point in Bomdila, to take in the stunning views of Tibet and Bhutan.

In order to spend the night in Bomdila, return to the hotel.

Day 6 : Bomdila – Nameri (120 km/03 Hrs.)

Have a delectable breakfast at the hotel to start the day. Later, finish the check-out process and drive to Nameri.

When you get to Nameri, check into your hotel. In the late afternoon, go on a forest walk with an armed guide for companionship in the hopes of spotting some wildlife or simply taking in the lush surroundings.

Return to the motel to spend the night.

Day 7 : In Nameri

After breakfast, travel 25 kilometres from the resort to the river's upstream end to participate in this morning's river rafting. You can observe many migratory waterfowl while river rafting on the swift rapids, and if you're lucky, you might be able to glimpse an elephant or a Royal Bengal Tiger on the river's banks from the boat.

Return to the campsite for lunch after your session of high-adrenaline river rafting. Explore the Nameri National Park's nature walk after the delectable dinner. You will have a knowledgeable forest guide and an armed forest guard with you on your nature outing. Find out where the endangered white-winged wood ducks and great hornbills can be found. 

Day 8 : Nameri – Ziro (280 km/08 Hrs.)

Following breakfast at the hotel, finish the check-out process and drive to Ziro.

When you get to Ziro, check into your hotel. You may enjoy the remaining time as you please.

Day 9 : In Ziro

After a filling breakfast, set out on foot to reach Dzukou Valley.

See the Apatani tribal settlements in the afternoon. Have the chance to discover their culture, art, and way of life. You will go back to your accommodation after spending the day taking in the various customs and cultures. You will eat dinner in the evening and then retire to bed for the duration of your stay in Ziro.

Day 10 : Ziro – Daporijo (180 km/06 Hrs.)

Check out of the hotel and depart for Daporizo after breakfast there. It is a small, lovely hamlet in Northeast India where the Subansiri River is crossed by suspension bridges. If you want to do so on the river, you can also engage in activities like river rafting, fishing, and other ones here.

When you get to Daporijo, check into your hotel. You can spend the remainder of the day whatever you like. Hotel stay for the night.

Day 11 : Daporijo – Along (165 km/05 Hrs.)

You'll start the day with breakfast at the hotel before travelling by car to Aalo (Along).

Check in at the hotel after arrival. Later, depart for hikes through nature or sightseeing. The Ramakrishna Mission Campus, Patum Bridge, Bagra Village, Donyi Polo Temple, and many other locations are worth seeing.

Spend the night at Along.

Day 13 : Pasighat – Dibrugarh (150 km/5 Hrs.)

Drive to Dibrugarh as soon as you finish your breakfast. Enjoy the scenic trip, then take the ferry over the Brahmaputra to the town. As you arrive in Dibrugarh, check into your accommodation.

You can do any last-minute shopping in the afternoon. Go around at well-known markets like Naliapol Bazar, Newmarket, and Chowkidinghee Bazar. Purchase branded electronics and appliances or go shopping for clothing, leather goods, branded jewellery, and housewares. After shopping, Chowkidinghee Bazar is the ideal location for some refreshments because it offers restaurants and quick food stands.

Hotel stay for the night.

Day 14 : Dibrugarh – Kaziranga

Have breakfast at the hotel to start the day, then check out and head to Kaziranga. A wonderful site to visit in Assam is Kaziranga, a stunning wildlife preserve.

Check into the wildlife resort in the wildlife sanctuary as soon as you arrive at Kaziranga. There are no plans for the rest of the day. Spend it as you like. Hotel stay for the night.

Day 15 : In Kaziranga

Elephant and jeep safari at Kaziranga National Park is the highlight of your tour's fifteenth day. Go on an elephant safari in the national park's western range between 5.30 and 6.30 in the morning.

Breakfast at the resort should be taken. Visit the surrounding local hamlet later in the day to learn about their way of life and means of subsistence. You can also visit tourist destinations like the Orchid Sanctuary and Tea Garden. Methoni, Hathkhuli, Difalu, Borchapori, and Behera are a few of the well-known tea gardens worth visiting.

After lunch, head back to the national park for another round of jeep safaris through the wildlife.

Day 16 : Kaziranga – Guwahati ( 200 Kms./ 05 Hrs.)

The Wonderful Assam Arunachal tour comes to a conclusion today. After breakfast, depart from the hotel with happy recollections of your trip across the stunning North East of India. Get prompt transportation to the Guwahati Airport or Train Station for your next stop.
