Day 1- Arrival : Kaziranga National Park - Guwahati Airport / Railway Station

Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport or Railway Station, transfer to Kaziranga National Park, home of the "One Horned Rhinoceros," and check into your hotel. The evening is free for recreation. Stay in Kaziranga for the night.

Day 2 - Kaziranga National Park

Early in the morning, ride an elephant through any zone of Kaziranga National Park. Aside from Rhinos, other species found include Hog Deer, Swamp Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants, and, if you're lucky, a tiger. Because there are several bodies of water within the Park, it is also home to pelicans, storks, and darters. Breakfast will be served at the resort. Enjoy a jeep safari through the National Park in the afternoon. Return to your hotel room. Stay the night in Kaziranga.

Day 3 - Kaziranga National Park To Shillong

After breakfast proceed for Shillong (4,900 ft.), called 'Scotland of the East". En route, stop at Umium Lake, a magnificent placid lake surrounded by sylvan hills. Check into your hotel when you arrive in Shillong. The evening is free for fun. Shillong is where you will spend the night.

Day 4 - Trip to Cherrapunjee

After an early breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the world's wettest place. You will see the stunning Nohkalikai waterfall. You can also explore the Mawsmai caves. Return to Shillong in the evening, stopping along the way to see Elephanta Falls and Shillong Peak for some breathtaking views. Shillong is where you'll spend the night.

Day 5 - Shillong Sightseeing – Guwahati

Visit the Don Bosco Museum and Ward's Lake after breakfast. Then proceed to Guwahati. Arrive at the hotel and check in. Visit 'Kalakshetra' in the evening, where Assamese history and culture are presented through a light and sound show. Return to your hotel. Stay in Guwahati for the night.

Guwahati Airport / Railway Station

After breakfast, go to Kamakhya Temple, and so on. Transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for your next destination.

While an Inner Line Pass is not required to visit Sikkim, certain areas do: Menmecho Lake, Tsomgo Lake, Nathu La, and Kupup in the east. In the north, there are Chopta, Chungthang, Lachung, Thangu, Yumesamdong, Yumthang Valley, Lachen, and Gurudongmar Lake.
