Badrinath is a town and nagar panchayat in the Chamoli district of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. It is a Hindu holy place and one of the four sites in India’s Char Dham pilgrimage circuit, as well as part of the Chota Char Dham pilgrimage circuit. It is named after the Badrinath Temple.
