Kodaikanal is a hill town in Tamil Nadu, India’s southernmost state. It’s surrounded by granite cliffs, forested valleys, lakes, waterfalls, and grassy hills. At 2,000 metres above sea level, the town revolves around the man-made, star-shaped Kodaikanal Lake, which is surrounded by dense evergreen forest.
